New Nier Bring Arts Action Figure Prototypes

Square-Enix revealed new Bring Arts action figure prototypes at an event in Japan! These new Bring Arts figures are from the Nier series.

Photos from Toyark.com

Nier and Kaine
Square-enix showed some pretty good Nier stuff in the event and in this photo we see the new gray prototype of the protagonist with Kaine.

Nier (Bro Version)
The game's title is the main protagonists actual name... to be precise, the names of the two male protagonists. This is the young alternate version of Nier from Nier: Replicant, in this alternate version of the game he is the older brother of Yonah. The action figure have a lot of details, but something's off about the proportions must be distorted by the angle of the picture. Can't wait to see this painted and I'm waiting for the dad version of Nier from Nier: Gestalt.

Adam and Eve
Now we move on to the 2nd Nier title - Nier: Automata. Four new figures are revealed in this title and we'll start with the gray prototypes of Adam and Eve, the antagonists of the game. These weird twins look really cool. Eve's "tattoo" is not yet painted so his gray prototype looks bland but his pants looks detailed. I don't see any problems on Adam.

Devola and Popola
We got another twins: Devola and Popola. These two prototypes are already painted and they both look really nice. Their design is similar except for their hairstyle and mirrored clothing. I want to have these two and all Nier figs.

2B with new stuff
They also displayed 2B but based on the different set of accessories, I think this is a newer version of her which is good for those like me who missed on the first 2B figure.

Weapons galore!
Lastly SQEX also revealed a lot of weapons that can be seen in the Nier franchise. Are they accessory packs of just a weapon display set because of the diorama-style display bases for each weapon? We'll see.

Wow! That some really nice new Bring Arts action figures. The more SQEX show, the more I get interested in the product line (but that Riku KH3 BA figure kinda sucked on the face department, I know because I wanted to buy one until I saw it in person). I'm excited to see the grey prototypes painted.

SQEX, what about your Play Arts Kai line? Are they dead or what?

Cheers and Happy Collecting!
