This is the third Neo: The World Ends With You Bring Arts action figure. She's another new character named Shoka Sakurane. If I remember correctly, she's probably a Reaper in the game. I got some of her product shots so let's take a look.
I'm guessing she is designed by Tetsuya Nomura. In my opinion, I think her face is based from Lady Gaga. Because Nomura also designed a character in FFXIV: Shadowbringers, named Gaia, that looks like Lady Gaga.
Anyway the figure looks nice and cute. She's wearing a Mr. Mew hoodie complete with a tail.
This looks like a highly articulated figure. Sure she's wearing a dress underneath the catsuit that might limit the movement of the legs. And I don't like the look of her knees here.
It's good that the TWEWY Bring Arts figures have additional speech bubbles that gives them more character and attitude.
As for Shoka's actual set of accessories, she got a few and that's disappointing. She got two alternative faceplates/headsculpts, a total of three extra hands, one special hand accessory that holds a phone in both hands and an alternative tail that looks more straight. Mounting parts are included.

Reading these speech bubbles gives us a small hint on what kind of character Shoka is in the game. Being a game with a very good character development in the story, I think Shoka might become an ally. I gotta play the game to find out.
The price of NEO: The World Ends With You Bring Arts Shoka Sakurane action figure is around $89.00 (about Php.4,500.00). Shoka's action figure looks nice but not gonna pre-order this. Probably gonna buy this after I played the game.
