This is the last part of our ToyCon Philippines 2019 experience. This part contains all other random pics during our last round trip at the event. There are other pics too that are taken during our whole visit that survived, so there might be some inconsistencies in the arrangement of the pictures in this post but I'll take note at what time I took these photos.

ITEM PICK UPS: Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia Trading Arts Figures and More
Hello! I got a very small budget today because I'm earing cash to buy a graphics card for my PC. Still, I bought a few toys that are cheaper than the toys I usually buy. What I got is some Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia Trading Arts figures and some stuff. (And yeah I made an effort to make a title card for this post)

Action Comics 80th Anniversary Display
A big mall is celebrating Action Comic's 80th anniversary by putting up a display/gallery of the big guy in blue, Superman. I didn't know that there's a display so I don't have my DSLR with me. So instead, I used my smartphone to take some pictures.

ToyCon 2017 Part 4: Random Toys/Figure Displays
Well, we got a little off-topic on part 3, but it's fun. And now this is Part 4. To close off this mini blog series of me covering ToyCon 2017. Here's some more pictures of toys, statues, action figures and stuff because I went around some more before bailing out from this convention to get some rest at home.

[Toy News] Play Arts Kai Prototypes at San Diego Comic Con 2015 (Part 1: Variant Figures)
Sorry for being late for posting this news about San Diego Comic Con 2015. Why? Well, because... life. Anyways, I'll be focusing as always on Play Arts Kai figures and anything that is connected to this toy line. If you want to know what's new and what's to come to SQEX's Play Arts Kai portfolio, then you gotta check and read the whole blog post. Let me tell you that they're many and awesome so I will post these in three parts.

[Toy Review] Raiden Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Play Arts Kai
I got a cool Play Arts Kai figure to review! He is known as "White Devil", "Jack the Ripper" and "Pretty Boy". It's Raiden of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (I played and reviewed the game). This is one of the known badass versions of Raiden, the other one is the MGS4 Raiden (no PAK yet). I got this toy with the help from the awesome guys from Play Arts Kai Philippines Trading Group (PAKPTG). This is a 2nd hand PAK Raiden and will be treated as brand new for this review because it's in great condition and its accessories are complete minus the display stand.

[Toy Review] Sora Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance Play Arts Kai
Dream Drop Distance (or "3D") is the 6th Kingdom Hearts sequel for the Nintendo 3DS. Its story took place after Kingdom Hearts 2 and Re: Coded. It's also the last bridge towards Kingdom Hearts 3. Unfortunately, I haven't played the game yet, no 3DS, but I have the next good thing. I got this awesome Play Arts Kai figure of Sora as an alternative after failing yet again to search for a Vincent PAK. This version of Sora is from that KH3D game, and thanks to the dude at the store for lowering the price of this figure.

[Toy Review] Evangelion Portraits 8: Rei Ayanami (School Swimsuit) Review
Time for another static toy review from Bandai, and again it's a character from the anime series called Evangelion, her name is Rei Ayanami. I mentioned her in my previous review of Asuka and Mari. She's a quiet character, so quiet sometimes it's disturbing. If my memory serves, I think she came from that ADAM that NERV has in their basement. Anyways this is an Evangelion Portraits 8 figure and I got this figure in early 2013.

[Toy Review] Evangelion Portraits 8: Asuka and Mari Dual Review
I watched the original Evangelion series during my high school days, I liked the anime because the story is a total mindf*ck and weird but not that convoluted, that's why it became popular. It spawned a lot of merchandise including model kits of the EVA units, toys and figures. Now on to the present! Well, more like 2012. I bought some of the Evangelion Portraits Candy Toy figures made by Bandai. The figures I want to review are the figures of Mari and Asuka, they're sold separately. I bought Mari and my sister gave me Asuka as a gift for my birthday.
