She's a character from Final Fantasy XIV. She's the 17th sultana of Ul'dah, she's royalty. And no, she's not a kid, she's a Lalafell - a race of cute little people of Hydaelyn (FFXIV's world). To be specific she's a Dunesfolk Lalafell and she's in her 20's.
